Zara Hamilton

Zara "Zee" Hamilton, age 71, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at the Emerald Care and Rehabilitation in Columbus.

A Memorial Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus with Reverend Cory Burma officiating.

Zara "Zee" Hamilton was born July 7, 1950 in Columbus to Kenneth and Yvonne (Moore) Haskins.  She graduated from Columbus High School in 1968. Zee was united in marriage John Inks, Sr. in Grand Island. She worked at various places in Columbus and as a CNA in Osceola.  Zee was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and enjoyed doing cross-stitch, latch hook, animals and going out for coffee.

She is survived by:
Daughter: Kayla Inks of Columbus, NE
Son:  John Inks, Jr. of Columbus, NE
3 Grandchildren: Kenneth Inks, Michael David Gocken and Illea Griffin

She was preceded in death by:
Parents
Ex-husband: John Inks, Sr.
Brothers: Robert Lee Haskins and Kenneth Haskins, Jr.
