Yvonne Haskins

Yvonne Haskins, age 80 of Columbus died Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the Golden Living Center in Columbus. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the McKown Funeral Home. The Rev. Michael V. Klatt will officiate. Visitation is Wednesday 3-5 p.m. at the McKown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Yvonne Haskins was born December 12, 1926 in Orchard, Nebraska to John and Agnes (Combs) Moore. She was married to Kenneth Haskins on August 24, 1946. She worked at Woolworth's, Gibson's and Louie's Rest in Columbus. She enjoyed sewing and making things, crocheting, decorating dolls, knitting, cake and egg decorating. She also enjoyed painting, whether it was on canvas or figurine painting.
