Yvonne Brunken of Wahoo, Nebraska formerly of Columbus, Nebraska died Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the South Haven Nursing Home in Wahoo.
Yvonne Brunken was born November 18, 1932 in Platte County, Nebraska to Carroll and Eleanor (Ewert) Berchtold. She graduated from Kramer High School in 1950. On October 17, 1951 Yvonne was united in marriage to Wallace E. Brunken in Columbus. She was a homemaker and worked for Becton-Dickinson and the Columbus Community Hospital. Yvonne was a member Trinity Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially wintering in Rockport, Texas.
