Victor died Monday, August 18, 2014 at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

Victor Rodriguez was born March 6, 1938 in Durango, Mexico to Baldomero Rodriguez and Camila Hernandez . He grew up in Mexico then moved to California in 1960. He married Teresa Demoss and had two sons Victor Hugo and Raul. He worked in many places in California; then he moved to Columbus, Nebraska. In Columbus he worked for IBP and Carneco. He married Concepcion Galvan on September 28, 2002 at St. Michael Parish in South Sioux City, Nebraska. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Church. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Great Grandchilden: Evan, Ethan and Deandra
Stepsons: Mauro, Alejandro, Marcos, Julio and Jorge Aldana
Stepdaughters: Aide Ana & Margarita Aldana
Stepchildren: Julio Jr., Devon and Jenna Aldana, Drew Einsel, and Yazmin Marquez
Nieces and Nephews: Heidi Hernandez, Juan Jr.,Christopher Ivann, Nadine Hernandez; Pablo, Jacqueline, Isaiah, Lorenzo, Dominique, Alberto, Krystal, Alberto Jr., Dexter, JD, Miguel, Velasco, Angeline and Benjamin
