Velma J. Parsons was born June 5, 1951 in Blair, Pennsylvania to Harvey, Sr. and Rachel (Clair) Reed. She lived in Pennsylvania her entire life until moving to Columbus in December of 2016 to be near her son and grandchildren.
She is survived by:
Son: David Kruse of Columbus, Nebraska
Grandchildren: Matthew Bills, Jessica Lee-Steele, Faith Kruse all of Columbus, Nebraska and Brittany Kruse of Pennsylvania
Brothers: Walter Reed, Harvey Reed, Jr. and Larry Reed
She was preceded in death by her parents
