Twila Neuwirth

Twila Irene Neuwirth age 87 of Columbus, Nebraska died Monday, January 14, 2019 at Columbus Care and Rehabilitation.

A funeral service honoring her life will take place Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bible Baptist Church in Columbus. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bible Baptist Church and will continue Thursday from 1-2 p.m., also at the church.

Twila Neuwirth was born July 25, 1931 in Brunswick, Nebraska to Frank and Luella (Keetle) Armstrong. She grew up on a farm in the Brunswick area until she married Harold Louis Brinkman on July 17 ^th , 1947 in Casper, Wyoming. They moved to Oregon City, Oregon, where their five children were born. In 1967 Twila and her children moved to Columbus, Nebraska where she became a member of the Bible Baptist Church. Twila married Harry E. Neuwirth on December 4, 1979. Twila worked at Dale Electronics (Vishay) for over 26 years as a printer, and then retired. She then worked part time for several years.
