Tracy Johnson, age 44, of Columbus died Saturday, September 9, 2017 at her home in Columbus.
Tracy was born February 25, 1973 in Grand Island to Kenneth and Diane (Leffers) Schwartz. She grew up in Columbus and graduated from Columbus High School in 1991. Tracy married Tom Johnson on August 31, 1993. To This union Sydney was born. Tracy had a big, sharing heart and enjoyed raising her daughter and helping others.

Mother: Diane Leffers of Columbus
Father: Ken (Kathy Johnston) Schwartz of Columbus
Sister: Patti (Craig) Parks of Kearney
Sister-in-law: Paula O'Connell of Columbus

Grandparents: Fred & Irene Leffers
Grandmother:Donna Ruhe
