Timothy Campbell

Timothy died Monday, October 31, 2016 at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Timothy G. Campbell was born on October 6, 1957 to Loren and the late Margaret Campbell in Hastings, NE. The family moved to McCook, NE where Tim graduated from McCook High School. Tim went on to college at Vo Tech in Milford, NE. Tim was married to Janille and to that marriage he had his 3 children Heath, Steven and Heather. They later divorced and Tim went to work at several mechanic jobs and then to CPI.

Tim met JoAnn in Hastings and they were married on July 3, 2003. They lived several years in Blue Hill and Hastings area where he worked for Armour Ekrich. Tim and JoAnn moved to the Columbus area where he worked for Cargill and Walmart until he had to retire due to his health.

Tim loved NASCAR especially Dale Earnhardt. Tim loved his Husker football on Saturdays in the fall. In the summer he enjoyed being outside taking care of his garden and smoking food in the smoker and cooking on his grill and taking care of his yard and taking time out to go fishing and camping. Tim enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Tim is survived by his wife JoAnn and Harley their dog and his 3 children Heath and Morgan Campbell and their two children, Tim's grandchildren Brooklynn and Jaxon of Lusk, WY; Steven Campbell of Seward, NE; Daughter Heather and Jesse Yager and their three children, Tim's grandchildren Jayda, and twins Barret and Zoey of Wilber, NE; His father Loren Campbell of Hastings, NE; Mother in law Barbara Benda of Shelby, NE; Brother Michael and sister in law Latishia Campbell of Roseland, NE; Sister in law and brother in law Peg and Ray Glass of Oak, NE; Brother in law and sister in law Junior and Kathy Benda of Columbus, NE; Brother in law Mike Benda of Columbus, NE; Many nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Campbell, grandparents and nephews James, Todd and Jeremy.
