Timothy Berlin

Timothy L. Berlin, age 55, of Columbus died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Service are 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 30, 2007 at St. Bonaventure Church. The Rev. Tom Weisbecker will officiate. Visitation is Thursday 4-7 p.m. at McKown Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Friday morning 9:30 a.m. until service time at the Church. In lieu of flowers memorials will be directed to diabetes and heart research.

Timothy was born January 9, 1952 in Genoa, Nebraska to Eldin and Norma (Thomazin) Berlin. He received his education in Genoa and graduated from Genoa High School in 1970. He attended business college in Grand Island. He married Alana Van Dyke on September 5, 1987 at St. Bonaventure Church. He worked at Loup Public Power until his retirement. Tim was an avid World War II history buff and enjoyed battle reenactment toys. He was a Jimi Hendrix fan and enjoyed traveling to Hawaii.
