Thomas was born September 11, 1928 in Columbus, Nebraska to Charles and Kathyrn "Kate" (Molczyk) Tworek. He lived his entire life in the Columbus area where he was a farmer. Tom graduated from Kramer High School. He married Olga Foral on April 19, 1986 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. She passed away July 19, 1989. He enjoyed gardening, polka music, playing his accordian and fishing.
