Thomas died Monday, July 11, 2016 at his home in Columbus.
Thomas DiCostanzo was born in New York City to Anthony V. and Mary E. (Clarkin) DiCostanzo. He grew up in the Bronx and graduated from Mount St. Michael High School in New York and then from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. On December 18, 1982 he was united in marriage to Kathy Matson in Ancram, New York. Tom worked with troubled teens in Omaha before moving to Columbus where he continued his work serving the community. He was an entrepreneur and operated Dico's 13th Street Printing. Tom enjoyed sports, playing handball and noon basketball at the YMCA, horse racing, discussing politics and general conversation, but his pride and joy was his family.
