Theresa M. Tworek age 92 of Osceola died Saturday, January 17, 2026.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 23, 2026 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan, Nebraska. Visitation is 9:30 a.m. Friday morning until service time, all occurring at the Church. Interment is in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery.

Theresa was born September 8, 1933 in Loup City, Nebraska to Frank and Berniece (Placzek) Kuta. She received her early education in country schools in the Fullerton area and attended Kramer High in Columbus. During those years, she worked at North Star General Store and Becton-Dickinson. She was married to Lawrence Tworek on January 15, 1955 in Fullerton. Along with raising her family, Theresa helped on the family farm in Polk County. She was a former member of St. Mary’s- Pilzno and current member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
