Theresa, age 92, died Sunday, July 10th, following a brief illness, at the Columbus Hospital. Born on October 12, 1918, she was the daughter of Steve and Josephine (Chochon) Paprocki. She grew up on the family farm and attended St. Michaels school in Tarnov, Nebraska. Theresa married Leo J. Kosiba on February 12, 1946 at St. Anthonys, and they spent 50 years of marriage together before he passed away in September of 1996. She is survived by her brother Lucian (Charlotte) Paprocki of Clarkson, Nebraska and many nieces and nephews.
Theresa was a member of the St. Theresa's Sodality of St. Anthonys. She was an avid gardener and still cared for her flower garden up until her passing. She was an excellent cook and baker, and whenever her family members celebrated a wedding, graduation or the birth of a new baby they were sure to be gifted on of her handmade quilts.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo, and siblings Raphaela (Dick) Kosiba, Clarence Paprocki, Edwin Paprocki, Clementine (Frank) Kosiba.
