Teresa Ann Weisz of Columbus died Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Columbus Community Hospital.

Teresa Ann Weisz was born September 29, 1954 in Painesville, Ohio to Alexander and Elizabeth (Tomko) Radgowski. She received her associated degree and worked as a home health care nurse and medical aid. She married Tim Weisz in Columbus on July 23, 1993.
