Steve Womboldt

Steve Womboldt, age 83, died Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Clarkson Care and Rehabilitation Center in Clarkson.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Steve was born October 27, 1937 in Bellflower, California and graduated from Bellflower High School in 1954. Steve worked in pipeline construction for 30 years in Southern California. He retired with his wife, Jean Womboldt, in Nebraska. He was known for his loud boisterous voice, sometimes inappropriate jokes or comments, but he still would make sure you knew you were loved.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Lawanna (Tom) Gataivasa, of Clarkson, NE; Ken Womboldt of Shelby, NE; Darrell Womboldt, of Ohio; and Belinda Womboldt, of California; 14 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Steve was preceded in death by his wife Jean Womboldt.
