Shirley Coulter

Shirley Coulter of Columbus died Monday, July 15, 2019 at Morys Haven.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Thursday, July 18, 2019 at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Visitation is on Wednesday from 5-7 pm at McKown Funeral Home with a 7:00 pm Vigil service to follow, also at the funeral home. Visitation continues Thursday morning from 8:30 -10:00 am at McKown Funeral Home. Interment is in All Saints Cemetery.

Shirley Coulter was born May 2, 1935 in Columbus, Nebraska to Edward and Clara (Wozny) Sullivan. She grew up in Columbus and graduated from St. Bonaventure High School in 1954. Shirley worked at Dale Electronics, did at home babysitting, and worked as volunteer in the cafeteria at Field School. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards, loved embroidery, doing puzzle books and jigsaw puzzles, spending time with family and attending the grandkids activities. Shirley also loved her many dogs that she had throughout her life. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
