Rudolph &Quot;Rudy&Quot; Prososki

Rudolph "Rudy" Prososki of Silver Creek died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at his home in Silver Creek.

Rudolph "Rudy" Prososki was born December 3, 1924 in Nance County, Nebraska to John and Helen (Opiela) Prososki. He married Theresa Zywiec on June 10, 1950 at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church-Krakow. They lived in Merrick County before moving to the farm in Nance County. Along with farming Rudy salvaged metal, shelled corn and hauled cattle. In 1967 they moved into Silver Creek. Rudy was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Knight of Columbus #938 and served on the church and cemetery boards. He enjoyed playing cards with his grandsons, horse races, visiting the casinos and visiting with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Grandchildren:Robert (Becca) Baker, Dale (Nikki) Baker, David (Erin) Baker, Daniel (Kyli) Baker, Adam (Jessica) Coulter, Kyle (Ashley) Coulter, Wade Coulter, Dwight Coulter and great grandchildren:Dylan, Katie, Howard, Gracie, Liberty, Brooklyn, Avery Baker and Elijah Coulter.

He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter: Vickie Baker.
