Ruby Mae Juracek passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in Columbus, Nebraska.
Ruby was born May 21, 1922 in Verdigre, Nebraska to Emil and Mary (Foreman) Ruzicka. She attended Verdigre public schools and graduated in 1940. Also in 1940 she married Arthur Juracek at the Methodist parsonage in O'Neill. They resided in O'Neill until 1949 when they moved to Norfolk where she was a bookkeeper for Roman Packing Company. In 1959 they moved to Columbus where she worked at Carl Anderson Co. until she retired. Her hobbies included gardening, dancing, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Juracek in 2003, parents, and several brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.
