Roslyn Cinfel

Roslyn Cinfel, age 64, of Columbus, Nebraska passed away on April 4, 2023, in Columbus. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the McKown Funeral Home. There will be a 5:30 p.m. memorial service.

Roslyn was born on November 12, 1958, in West Point, Nebraska to Herb and Darlene (Armstrong) Daniels. She grew up on a farm outside Howells and graduated from Howells High School. Roslyn eventually married Marvin Cinfel, of Clarkson, and of this union Parker and Sawyer were born. She moved to Columbus around 1980 to begin a family of her own and continue her career.

Roslyn was steadfastly dedicated to her family and raising her children to be valuable members of society. She often sacrificed her own livelihood and passions to make sure Parker and Sawyer were provided for. Although of modest means, she saw her children become college graduates, flourish in their careers, and create families of their own. Roslyn took special pride in her grandchildren and spent time with them as often as possible.

Grandchildren: Kooper, Asher, and Lennon

Siblings: Laurel, Michael, Dana, Paulette, and Andrea

She was preceded in death by her parents.
