Rosemarie Ann Brugger was born May 24, 1957 in Ord, Nebraska to Robert Anton and Frances Marie (Koperski) Kush. She graduated from Grand Island Senior High School in 1975 and attended Central Community College in Columbus. Rosemarie married LeRoy Brugger on September 8, 1979 in Lexington, Nebraska. She worked in Grand Island, Lexington and was currently employed at Becton-Dickinson in Columbus.
