Roberta Delp

Roberta Delp, of Columbus, died Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Mory's Haven in Columbus.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 am Thursday, January 31, 2019 at St. Isidore Catholic Church. There will be a 3:30 p.m. C.D.A. Rosary and  6:00 p.m. vigil service Wednesday at McKown Funeral Home. Visitation is 4-6 Wednesday at the funeral home and will continue Thursday morning 10:00 am until service time at St. Isidore Church. Burial will be in the All Saints.

Roberta Delp was born February 24, 1935 in Omaha to Robert and Bessie (Conn) Connor She grew up in Omaha where she received her education and graduated from Omaha South High School. She was married to Duane Delp on November 19, 1951 in Omaha. They lived in many locations throughout Duane's military career. In 1978 they moved to Columbus. Roberta worked at NPPD until her retirement. She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, C.D.A and helped teach RCIA.

Roberta is survived by:

son: Richard (Deanna) Delp of Cedar Falls, IA

daughter: Teresa (Quin) Delp of Omaha

son: Bill Delp of Omaha

8 grandchildren 16 great grandchildren

brother William (Judy) Connor of Branson, MO

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Duane, sister: Jackie Nibbelink
