Robert &Quot;B.O.B.&Quot; Soulliere

Robert Soulliere, age 68, of Columbus, Nebraska died Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha.

Robert J. "B.O.B" Soulliere was born April 30, 1950, in Platte Center, NE to Charles and Dorothy (Matya) Soulliere. He attended St. Joseph Grade School and graduated from Platte Center High School in 1968. Robert married Judy Loeffler on October 22, 1971 at St. Joseph Church in Platte Center. He worked for Platte County Highway Department operating the motor grader for 40 years until retiring in February of 2016. He continued to work part time operating the motor grader for Shell Creek Township until the time of his death. Robert was a kidney transplant survivor since October of 1977. He enjoyed fishing, working outdoors, reading western novels, country dancing, playing cards, and entertaining his family and friends with multiple jokes. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles # 1834 and the Hartman Post #84 American Legion.
