Robert R. &Quot;Bob&Quot; Drozd

Robert died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the Columbus Community Hospital.

Robert "Brother Bob" Drozd was born April 13, 1938 in Genoa, Nebraska to Charles and Victoria (Cyza) Drozd. He attended Genoa Public School. Bob served in the U.S. Air Force from April 1955 April 1961. On August 1, 1959 he was united in marriage to Carol Dunham in Oxford, England. In May of 1960 the couple moved to Wolbach, Nebraska where they operated a business and Bob managed the Farmers Union Co-op grain elevator. They then moved to Columbus where Bob was employed by Vishay Dale Electronics for 38 years retiring as Director of International Sales. He was a member of St. Anthony Church. Bob was an avid hunter, fisherman and card player. He enjoyed riding his ATV on the river and spending time with his family and friends.
