Richard F. Krings

Richard F. Krings of Columbus died Monday, April 4, 2011 at Columbus Community Hospital.

Richard F. Krings was born December 3, 1943 in Fremont, NE to Frank and Alice (Westphal) Krings. He grew up in Fremont and graduated from Fremont Bergan High School in 1962. On March 27, 1963 he was united in marriage to Diane Kimball in Fremont. They moved to Columbus where he worked for Becton Dickinson for 30 years until his retirement. Richard loved genealogy, collectables, and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.

Sister Gloria (Clint) Presnell of Grand Island
Sister Carol Krings of Fremont
6 Grandchildren: Brooke, Brandon, Ashley, Alison, Dillan, and Taylor
5 Great Grandchildren

He is preceded in death by his parents.
