Regan Elizabeth Mielak, 2 month old daughter of Jason and Lynnette (Neeman) Mielak, died Tuesday, February 1, 2005. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 4, 2005 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Columbus with Reverend Tom Weisbecker officiating. Burial is in the All Saints Cemetery in Columbus. Visitation is 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at St. Bonaventure Church in Columbus.
Regan Elizabeth Mielak was born November 19, 2004 in Columbus, Nebraska to Jason D. and Lynnette N. ( Neeman) Mielak.
