Ray Eusterbrock

Ray died Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Meridian Gardens in Columbus.

Raymond Eusterbrock was born January 24, 1932 in West Point, Nebraska to Frank and Elizabeth (Timmerman) Eusterbrock. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from January 1953 - February 1955. Following his discharge from the service Ray received his diploma in Refrigerating and Air Conditioning in 1957. On January 20, 1959 Ray was united in marriage to Alvina Reznicek in Snyder, Nebraska. The couple moved to Columbus where he has lived since. In 1962 he started Ray's Appliance Store in Columbus where he owned and operated for over 50 years until 2010 when he sold the business. He was a member of St. Isidore Church, Knights of Columbus, Eagles Club and the Anniversary Card Club for over 50 years. Ray enjoyed bowling, playing cards and feeding the squirrels and birds.
