Ralph Ford

Ralph Ford of Columbus died Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at his home at Real Life in Columbus.

Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the McKown Funeral Home. Visitation is Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Columbus Cemetery.

Ralph B. Ford was born July 1, 1923 in Coffeyville, KS to James Benjamin and Essie (Stanley) Ford. He graduated from high school in Coffeyville. Ralph married Rulene Paynter on May 29, 1942.  He served in the US Navy during the latter part of World War II.

Ralph worked for the FAA, primarily as an inspector until his retirement in 1976. He lived in Kansas and Nebraska before settling in Columbus in the mid 1990's.
