Phyllis Snell, age 88, died Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Emerald Nursing and Rehab in Columbus. Services are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2023, at McKown Funeral Home.
Phyllis was born July 1, 1934 in Columbus to Roy and Violet (Kluck) Bell. She graduated from Kramer High School in 1954. On June 16, 1956 she was united in marriage to Robert Snell in Columbus. She was a member of St. Luke's UCC.
