Phyllis Hansen

Phyllis Hansen, age 80, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her home on Ernst Lake.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the Eagles Club (3205 12th Street) in Columbus.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Jim Hansen at #20 Ernst Lake, Columbus, NE 68601.

Phyllis Hansen was born March 9, 1942 in Silver City, Iowa to Allen and Stella (Smith) Medbery. At the age of 6 months her family moved to Fullerton, Nebraska. In 1954 She married Ed Konwinski and to this union 3 children were born. In 1984 she was united in marriage to Jim Hansen and added 2 stepchildren to her family.  Phyllis worked at Becton-Dickinson, did catering at Ag Park and also managed properties in the area.
