Phyllis G. Bosak

Phyllis died Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at her home in Columbus.

Phyllis G. Bosak was born February 13, 1927 in Nance County, Nebraska to Frank S. and Elizabeth (Bugay) Nowak. She graduated from Fullerton High School in 1944. She taught school for 3 years. On February 5, 1947 Phyllis was united in marriage to Pete Volnek. She later married Frank C. Bosak in 1981. Phyllis worked for Becton-Dickinson until retiring in 1989. She was a member of St. Anthony Church, St. Theresa Sodality, Perpetual Adoration, Eagles Auxiliary and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She did volunteer work for the Red Cross and the Columbus Community Hospital.
