Peiton A. Welch, age 13, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in Columbus.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2019 at 1C-The Sanctuary in Columbus. Visitation is 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Sunday and 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Monday at 1C-The Sanctuary.

Peiton A. Welch was born November 7, 2005 in Omaha, Nebraska to Joseph and Adriene (Coyle) Welch. She was a 7 ^th grader at the Columbus Middle School where she excelled academically.  Peiton played saxophone in the band was a self-taught pianist and ukulele player.  She enjoyed playing softball, soccer and running track.  Peiton was an avid reader and loved horses.  Her aspiration was to become a horse trainer. Her smile, graceful demeanor and thoughtfulness blessed everyone she came into contact with. Peiton was a wonderful daughter, sister and friend.
