Patrick Kaasch

Patrick Kaasch died Saturday, July 27, 2024 at his home in Columbus.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Friday, August 2 at St. Isidore Catholic Church.  Visitation is from 5-7 pm Thursday at St. Isidore's with a Vigil service to follow at 7:00 pm.  Visitation continues on Friday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the church.

Patrick Kaasch was born March 14, 1962 in Grand Island to Patricia Graus and Michael Kaasch.  Moved to Columbus at a young age where he attended Columbus High School.  Pat married his middle school sweetheart, Julia Speicher on July 17, 1981 at St. Anthony Church.  Pat worked as a welder before returning to school where he received associates degree in Drafting and Design.

Pat loved hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, traveling with friends, and going to many islands.  Most importantly, Pat loved his children and grandchildren.

Step-Father Ron Graus of Columbus
Brother John (Susan) Kaasch of Richmond Hill, GA
Brother Sam (Hayley) Graus of Myrtle Beach, SC
Sister Sarah (Dustin) Graus of Linwood
Sister-in-law Kathy Kaasch of Schuyler
Step-Brother Mike Graus of Atlanta, GA
Several Nieces and Nephews
And of course, hundreds of Speicher's!
