Patricia Merritt

Patricia Merritt, 72, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Brookestone Acres in Columbus.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 16, 2020 at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus.

Patricia Merritt was born October 6, 1947 in Huntington, West Virginia to Larry and Hazel (Wallace) Merritt. She grew up in the Compton, California area and graduated from Dominguez High School. After graduation, she met Gilbert Dush and relocated to Nebraska to start a family. She worked for Becton Dickinson for over 20 years and retired in 2004. Patricia enjoyed reading, puzzles, painting, and spending time with her family.

Daughter:  Marilyn (Patrick Kudron) Waymire of Columbus
6 Grandchildren: Ashley, Timothy, Larry, Sarah, Cody and Jasmine
1 Great Grandson: Wesley
1 Great Granddaughter: Vanetta
