Patricia Kammerer

Patricia Ann Wirka Kammerer, 75 years, of Platte Center NE, passed away Thursday, September 19th, 2024, at her home. Patricia was born in North Bend, October 26th, 1949, to William "Bill" and Agnes (Mach) Wirka.

Pat lived a full life and will be remembered for her love of horses and grandchildren. Pat was a devoted grandmother, always talking about her horses and grandchildren. She was a close friend to many and her presence will be missed.

Pat is survived by her husband Jerry, her two daughters, Darcy (Tom) Warth of Columbus, NE, and Wendy (Paul) Brichacek of rural Schuyler. Three grandchildren Joey Warth, Katie Brichacek (Jorge Gomez) and Amanda (Andrew) Gallagher, and five greatgrandchildren Ryan Brichacek, Liam Brichacek, Aria Gomez, Charlotte Gallagher and Landon Gallagher.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Nancy Wirka.

Memorials may be directed to Furbaby Rescue- Norfolk NE, Paws and Claws- Columbus NE or the Nebraska Humane Society.

Pat's request for cremation and no services. To be determined for burial at a later date.
