Norman Koza, age 81, of Silver Creek, died Thursday, December 11, 2014 at his home.
Norman Koza was born, August 30, 1933 in Genoa, Nebraska to Joseph and Josephine (Shemek) Koza. He received his early education in Nance County country schools. Norman graduated from Silver Creek High School in 1952. He married Patricia Kula on April 23, 1960 in Silver Creek. Norman farmed until his retirement in 2004. He played the accordion with the Kava Orchestra since he was in high school. He retired from the Kava Orchestra in 2006. He enjoyed auctions, buying and selling. He loved visiting with his family and friends, especially the young children.
