Norma Kozak

August 29, 1964 — May 19, 2015

Norma Kozak of Columbus died Tuesday, May 19, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with multiple sclerosis.

Norma was born August 29, 1964 in Chambersburg, PA to Galen and Jean (Best) Rotz. She grew up in Chambersburg where she received her education. Following her mothers death she was raised by Jessie Lautenslager- Rotz. Norma joined the United States Army in 1983 and served until 1990. Norma and Tom met in Hawaii and were married on September 15, 1989 in Columbus. They lived in Columbus before moving to Pennsylvania. They returned to Columbus where they have lived since. Norma enjoyed hiking, gardening and flowers.

Son: Andrew (Kayla) Kozak of Monroe
Granddaughter: Eilonwy Kozak of Monroe
Son: Dustin Kozak of Columbus
Brother: Alen (Judy) Rotz of Pennsylvania
Sister: Tracey Dan) Savary of Pennsylvania
Twin Sister: Nancy (Timothy) West of Pennsylvania
And many nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents.
