Nancy Hartman

Nancy Hartman, age 77, of Rising City died Thursday, June 7, 2018 at David Place in David City.

Nancy Hartman was born September 9, 1940 in Richland, Nebraska to Arthur and Mary "Grace" (Miller) Otradovsky. She graduated from Kramer High School in Columbus in 1959. As a youth she helped on the family farm. She later worked at Dale Electronic. She married Gary Hartman in September 1971 in Imperial, Nebraska. They lived near Rising City. In 1978 they moved into town before moving to the family farm in 1994. In 2014 they left the farm and returned to Rising City. Nancy enjoyed barrel racing and participating in rodeos. She was an active genealogist and a strong supporter of pioneer cemeteries.

Daughter: LeAnn (Xavier ) Brown of Grand Island
Daughter: Della Stapert
Mother: Grace Otradovsky of Columbus
3 grandsons and many nieces and nephews



She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Otradovsky and brother Robert Otradovsky.
