Nancy Gifford

Nancy Gifford, age 64, of Silver Creek, Nebraska, died Friday, May 24th, 2024 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Visitation is Tuesday 5-7 p.m. There will be a 7:00 p.m. vigil service all at the church. Interment will be in the St. Lawrence Cemetery.

Nancy was born on July 6th, 1959 in Chicago to Dominic and Dollie (Fast) Kielian. She moved to Silver Creek at the age of 13 where she graduated from High School. She was married to George Gifford on March 14, 1987 in Florida. They moved to Silver Creek soon after and have lived there since. Nancy was not afraid to speak her mind or heart and always put others first. Along with being a homemaker, Nancy enjoyed spending time with her mother at bingo, baking, cooking, and gardening. She found joy in sharing her bountiful garden harvest with all. Nancy was loved and will be missed.
