Morris was born February 26, 1968 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Merrill and Betty (Vaught) Sylvester. He graduated from Columbus High School in 1987. He worked at various location including Sahara Lounge, Behlen Mfg. and B-D Construction.
He is survived by:

Sister: Sheryl (Tim) Wemhoff of Creston
Sister: Wanda Newman of North Platte
Nieces and Nephews: Mike, Chelsie, Travis, Natascha, Danny, Amanda, Brandon, Joy, Justin, Danika, Jacob
