Monty Hite

Monty Hite, age 59, of Columbus, died Sunday November 24, 2019 at Emerald Care in Columbus.

The family will gather and receive friends on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at McKown Funeral Home, Columbus to celebrate Monty's life.

Monty was born December 26, 1959 in Kearney, NE. He was raised by C. Richard Hite in the Kearney and Alma area growing up. Monty married Cindy Shemek in 1981, in Columbus. He moved to Columbus where he worked at Appleton, Behlen's and Apogee.

Monty loved fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.
