Mirna T. Sosa was born October 22, 1973 in Bellflower, CA to Vicente and Rosa (Palacios) Baro, Sr. She grew up in Mexico before returning to California where she lived with her Aunt and Uncle. Mirna moved to and lived in the Omaha/Bellevue area. She worked as a Bilingual Supervisor for the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services.
