Mary Westerbuhr, age 73, of Richland died Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Brookestone Acres.

Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2026 at McKown Funeral Home. Private family burial will take place following the funeral.

Mary Westerbuhr was born October 5, 1952 in Central City, Nebraska to Emil and Helen (Voichoskie) Bialas. She grew up in Clarks, and went to school in Columbus. She married the love of her life Jim Westerbuhr in 1971 at St. Anthony Church in Columbus. Mary worked at Behlen Mfg for many years before retiring to spend the rest of her years at home.

She was a devoted and fun-loving, Sister, Wife, Mother, Great & Grand Mother. She loved feeding her family and especially spoiling her children’s children. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, camping and fishing, feeding the birds, baking and cooking, woodworking and crafts in the garage, spending time with her dog Dora, and most of all being with friends and family.
