Mary died Friday, November 7, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Mary Jeanne Hansen was born October 16, 1948 in Osceola, Nebraska to Robert and Dolores (McCormick) Moore. She graduated from Duncan High School in 1966. Following High School Mary went to work for Dale Electronics. On May 19, 1967 she was united in marriage to Larry Hansen at Salem Lutheran Church in Stromsburg, Nebraska. The couple moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota while Larry was in the Air Force. They moved back to Columbus in 1969. Mary worked as a waitress at Columbus Oil Truck Stop. She then went to work as a telephone operator for General Telephone for over 20 years. Mary was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, latch hook and bowling.

Son: Mark Allen Hansen of Mesa, AZ
Daughter: Barbara Ann Hansen of Colorado Springs, CO
Grandson: Collin Hansen of Mesa, AZ
