Mary Ann Fuchs

Mary Ann Fuchs, age 81, died Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at Edgewood Vista in Columbus.

Mary Ann Fuchs was born September 11, 1927 in Tarnov, Nebraska to Henry and Agnes (Pillen) Mausbach. She married James Joseph Fuchs on September 9, 1947 at St. Mary's Catholic Church near Humphrey, Nebraska. Mary Ann lived in Tarnov, Garrison, Platte Center and Columbus. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 31 years and a member of the Columbus Chapter 1902 of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. Mary Ann was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Platte Center and St. Ann's Sodality. She loved to dance, play cards, cook and bake, quilt, and spend time with her family.
