Mary Jarosz Cerny, 51, of Columbus died Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at her home. Services are 10:30 am Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus with the Rev. Del Lape officiating. There will be a Rosary at 10:00 am Tuesday, also at St. Anthony Catholic Church. There is no visitation. Interment is in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the wishes of the family.
Mary Jarosz Cerny was born September 24, 1954 in Cedar Rapids, NE to Victor and Selma "Sally" (Liss) Jarosz. She grew up in Columbus where she attended St. Anthony Grade School and graduated from Scotus Central Catholic High School in 1973. Mary lived the majority of her life in Columbus. She previously worked for Becton-Dickinson, Orion Corporation, Torin Products, and was a licensed child care provider. She loved camping, fishing, and gardening. Mary was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Sally Jarosz.
