Marilyn M. Kantor, age 79, of Columbus, died Saturday, November 26, 2011 at her home in Columbus.
Marilyn Mae Kantor was born January 9, 1932 in Weston, Nebraska to Stanley and Sylvia (Zeleny) Prochaska. She grew up in the Weston area. She married John S. Kantor Jr. on April 30, 1955 at St. Mary's Catholic Church-Pilsno. They lived in Weston on the family farm before moving to Columbus in 1957. She worked at Becton-Dickinson until her retirement in 1991. She was a member of St. Bonaventure Church, Red Hat Society, B-D Retirement and volunteered with the Columbus Community Hospital Auxiliary. She was
active in her retirement and enjoyed being involved.
In lieu of flowers memorial are suggested to Columbus Community Hospital Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 1 brother in infancy.
