Marilyn Christie, age 69, died Thursday, June 15, 2023, at the Columbus Community Hospital

Visitation is Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. service at McKown Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Omaha National Cemetery.

Marilyn Christie was born July 28, 1953, to Adolph And Elma (Wilson) Alt in Osceola. She grew up and attended school in Shelby. After graduating in 1972, she began working. She married LaVern Christie on March 3, 1973 in Yankton, SD. She enjoyed her flower gardens, grandchildren, and her cats.
