Olive died Monday, November 23, 2009 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island.

Marie Olive Wiese was born June 25, 1924 in Omaha, Nebraska to Charles L. and Clara M. (Gaebel) Coufal. She graduated from Omaha South High School in 1941 and attended Van Sant School of Business. She worked for Prudential Insurance in Omaha and was also employed at the Martin Bomber Plant. On March 27, 1945 Ollie was united in marriage to Raymond L. Wiese at St. Agnus Catholic Church in Omaha. The couple made their home on a farm near Lindsay until 1952 when they moved to Columbus. Ollie was a homemaker. She was a member of the Navy Mother's Club, St. Anthony Church and St. Theresa Sodality. She was the fancy arts & crafts work booth chairman for the St. Anthony Fall Bazaar for many years. Ollie enjoyed sewing, arts & crafts, gardening and canning.

Brother: Gerald (Mary Claire) Coufal of Papillion, NE
Twenty-Two Grandchildren
Eleven Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by:
