Marcella Henry

Marcella A. Henry of Columbus died Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Community Care and Rehab in Columbus.


Marcella Henry was born May 15, 1923 in Stanton, NE to Frank and Agnes (Popelka) Nadrchal. She moved to Clarkson where she received her education before being united in marriage to Fred Henry on October 3, 1948 in Clarkson. Marcella worked at D & L for over 10 years, Bordy's Clothing as a seamstress and at the Columbus Manor where she did laundry for 7 years. She was a member of the Federated Church, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and the Eagles Auxiliary. She enjoyed making afghans, quilting and sewing.

and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren
Sisters Gladys (Albin) Shultz of David City, Delores Karel of Clarkson.
