Lynn Biltoft, 52, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack, leaving behind a lifetime of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. His sudden departure has left a deep void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

In honor of his memory, the family encourages everyone to wear their favorite Hawaiian shirt, just as he would've wanted. Visitation is Tuesday, October 14th 4-7pm at McKown Funeral Home.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
He was born in Mullen, Nebraska, March 20, 1973 to Robert Wayne and Carolyn Beth (Keith) Biltoft. He grew up in Thedford, Nebraska and graduated from Thedford High School. After graduation he moved to McCook, NE living there for 20 years making lifetime friends and memories along the way.
In 2011 Lynn & Kaylen made Columbus their home. Lynn was a dedicated employee at Superior Industries, where his humor, hard work, and easygoing nature made a lasting impression on everyone he worked with.
To know Lynn was to know a man who fully embraced life in all its colors—often literally, with his signature Hawaiian shirts and those loud dude shoes he proudly wore. He had a big presence, a big laugh, and an even bigger heart.
He was most at peace with a fishing pole in hand or digging in his garden, where he found joy in the simple, quiet beauty of nature. But he also loved the louder moments—whether that meant playing a few rounds of keno, feeding his friends his famous brisket during parties or holidays, cracking open a cold beer around a fire, or cracking jokes with friends and family. His stories were endless, and his laughter was contagious.
He and his wife Kaylen shared a deep bond, filled with love, laughter, and shared moments with their beloved nieces—Saylor, Nora, Nellie, and Navy—who brought endless light into their lives. Lynn cherished every moment with them, often trading garden tools for bubble wands or fishing lines for story time.
Lynn lived life fully, loved his people fiercely, and left this world far too soon. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kaylen Biltoft; his brother, Leigh Biltoft; his stepson, Jeff Dack; his aunt Kathryn Brown; chosen sisters Nichole(Nick) Bubak, Danielle Blake, Danea Biltoft and his nieces Amber Biltoft, Brandy(Josh) Jensen, Logan Biltoft, Nora, Nellie & Navy Bubak; his nephews Sean and Jordan. He also leaves behind numerous great-nieces and nephews who adored their "Uncle Lynn." Lynn also leaves behind his loyal four-legged companion, Fryz, who rarely left his side and brought him endless joy and comfort.
Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Carolyn Biltoft; his brother, Loren Biltoft; his first wife, Jana Biltoft; and his Uncle Dale Brown.
The measure of a man is in the lives he touches. To honor him we ask that if Lynn touched your life in any way please continue to love largely and loudly, tell his jokes and his stories often, talk to him, talk about him, say his name. Love never dies.
